I hadn’t been to the dentist in probably over 20 years. I was terrified. The last time I went to the dentist, I had wisdom tooth removed. I had it done in a hospital. It wasn’t a great experience, so I never went back. The first time I walked into ReNew Dental, I was a nervous wreak. I was scared to death. I thought I was going to take tranquilizers, all of that. It was just terrible. I psyched myself out.

When Vita came to our office, she was a very nervous patient. She hadn’t been to a dentist for a long time because she was afraid of dentist, previous traumatic experience. We told her what needed to be done, then we introduced her to our orthodontist. We fixed the teeth. During the treatment process, she actually got married, so we are very personable with her. She’s like really our friend now.
Vita:
I actually have my braces through my wedding. She was very explanatory to the whole process of what was going to happen. They really help me through that to make sure that it was a great experience. I feel that they were amazing. They definitely made the process simple because they were very comforting. It wasn’t really a toothache or anything per se that prompt me. It was just, generally, I’m getting older. I had kids. I wanted to make sure that I was setting a better a example, sort of thing.
Ultimately, a hundred percent, I definitely feel better with my smile. I’m more confident. If I’m honest, I probably should have left the braces on a little longer. I didn’t because I was kind of in a rush. I was like, “Please, I’ve had enough. Just take them off.” But I’m really happy. I absolutely adore ReNew Dental. It’s really comforting coming in here regardless if it’s for my braces or just because for whatever reason, I have a toothache. They’re so welcoming and they make you feel comfortable.
